These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mr Bot iOS application ("the app", "the Service"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and uninstall it.
Mr Bot is an evening AI planner that turns free-form text into a structured daily schedule using Google's Gemini AI. The app is provided as a personal productivity tool; it is not a coaching, medical, legal, financial, or clinical service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mr Bot. By using the app you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms on your behalf.
Schedules, suggestions, and chat replies produced by Mr Bot are generated by an AI language model (Google Gemini). Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or inappropriate for your situation. You are solely responsible for evaluating the output before acting on it.
Mr Bot does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, safety, or professional advice. Do not rely on Mr Bot for decisions that affect your health, finances, legal rights, or personal safety. Consult a qualified professional for such matters.
You retain ownership of the text and photos you put into the app. By using AI features, you grant us and Google (as the AI provider) a limited license to transmit and process your input solely to return a response to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train models.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, defamatory, harmful to others, or that contains sensitive information about other people without consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. We do not warrant that AI output will be correct, useful, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MR BOT, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (WHICH, IF THE APP IS FREE, IS ZERO).
You agree to defend and indemnify Mr Bot and its developers from any claims arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your content, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
You may stop using Mr Bot at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or parts of it, at any time without notice. These Terms survive termination to the extent necessary to enforce them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence provide otherwise.
